What is Sit and Shake™?
Sit and Shake is the modified format of Stand Bend and Shake. It's targeted to those who have difficulty standing. The work is done in a chair and is in keeping with Stand Bend and Shake's format guidelines. This follow-allow class also uses Flex Ropes for resistance work. Concentration is on form, sustaining it, and breathing.
Format includes floor work.
